The Austin Independent School District’s Carruth Administration Center undertook a sustainable design solution for updating the public areas of the district’s main headquarters. The areas of work included the public spaces outside the AISD School Board Members’ Chambers and additional public lobbies, restrooms and corridors for Buildings A, B & D. The renovation included the replacement of existing wall covering, the protection of corridor walls from use and the coordination of the removal of old equipment and replacement of new equipment and plumbing fixtures.
