A young professional contracted with us for design services after two contractors had abandoned an interior residential remodeling. The remodeling of the existing residence would include the living, dining, kitchen, breakfast area, guest bathroom and support spaces. The architect's design provided a contemporary design that would include recessed and low voltage lighting, an eye-catching fireplace, and custom mahogany kitchen cabinets with Viking appliances and quartz countertops. Rich finishes would include wood flooring, glass and stone tiles and custom Venetian plasters. This design maximized the client's limited space, allowed for view and created a warm environment for professional entertaining.
