An existing 1930 Tudor bungalow received a well deserved renovation for the professional offices of FOR KIDS SAKE, a Parent Education and Family Therapy business. The structure, on a significant corner in Central Austin, had a major interior and exterior transformation designed and permitted through the City of Austin in 4-5 weeks. This expedited process met the client’s need for occupancy to coincide with back to school. The architect’s design provided new interior space planning with a new building entrance, client parking, and ADA compliant access. The design maximizes the client’s need for a warm secure atmosphere with safety and privacy, construction cost and energy conservation.
